There was a time when the industrial environment was much better and peaceful in India and especially in Nashik. The industrial unrest was mainly due to few worker unions which were creating a ruckus for industrial growth and few other miscellaneous issues were there for the industries in Nashik so the need for security services was of simple nature and maybe some times becomes casual also.

3. The emergence of contractual types of workers which very less committed to the industries so their proper vigilance and cross-check is necessary for well being of industries in India.
4. The emergence of MNCs and larger organisation which can act against there smaller competitor by physical theft or spying of their data.
5. The requirement of much advance security system and their usage for industrial safety and security is a need of the hour so it is a necessity for today’s organisations to have a better security system and with well-trained security personnel which can add the greatest value for the organisations.
6. There are organisations which are compromising security in order to save money by hiring casual security personnel. They can always be comprised with few extra money. It is necessary to hire security personnel which is of sound integrity and trustworthy.
7. It is necessary to consider security personnel as skilled personnel because it has a requirement of various skill set. This skill set is not only restricted to security skills but also skills like to be a good firefighter, to be good at first aid when in emergency etc.
